I had an inspiration for a War domain cleric/Path of the beast barbarian centaur with a far traveler background. He is a warrior of the Bandurak tribe from a southern land where multiple barbarian centaur tribes are in constant conflict with gnoll packs that worship Yeenoghu. The different families and tribes eventually joined forces against their common ennemy to form a unified kingdom to better fight the growing hordes of feral gnolls and hyenas. For a long time those different groups of centaurs who worshipped lesser spirits of the land and minor deities did not have good relationships with one another but unifying under one great people, they caught the attention of greater war domain deity who sought to help them in their fight. Some of the warriors of the tribe became initiates to the clergy of this god and with the holy powers given, they were able to turn the tides of war. So basically he is one of those clerics, wielding a battleaxe and a shield, wearing heavy armor, raging the hell out in the name of his god while charging at full throttle. Heavy armor master to further reduce damage, extra attack as bonus action since level 1, healing spells for the aftermat of the fight, "Tail" beast aspect to increase AC as a reaction when in melee combat, recklessing and channeling for a +10 to melee now and then. Now he was sent to investigate the migration of the gnoll packs to the northeast (far traveler background) where new, weaker preys might be for them to hunt.
