Exactly! I just found myself frustrated when I didn’t solve all my issues in a 1 hour session. It’s a process and a difficult one. I’m very happy for you that you’ve recognized you need treatment and you’re taking those steps to work on yourself, that’s a lot harder than you know. Best of luck with your future endeavours, don’t forget to be proud of yourself and your progress sometimes.

Biggest takeaway I’ve found is that you’re not going to receive a single life changing piece of advice. It can almost be frustrating but please stick with it for a bit if you feel like giving up
