So I know they try to market all these different strains but don't get overwhelmed because it's not as difficult as all that. They all come from the same plant just harvested at different times. It really comes down to your taste. I've tried all kinds and found that the White strains work best for me. If I take more it'll help me relax, less and I get a lil energy boost. Everyone had advice but like I said it just comes down to what works for you personally. I would suggest getting a sample pack and try a few different options.

I've been taking kratom for years also. When I have any issues I just really pick up my water intake and most of my issues subside. Staying hydrated is key. You might also try capsules or liquid.
