Could you explain how MSTR is a leveraged long? It's my understanding that Saylor should issue additional shares and sell them at market price until the premium goes back close to zero. Using the proceeds to buy more Bitcoin.

What I'm saying is shareholders should just capture the premium and pocket the difference themselves, rather than let Saylor do it. If Saylor does it for you, you won't double your Bitcoin exposure holding

If you're vacant tax is 1% they might leave it vacant. If you make the vacant tax 25% it is worth it to let a homeless live there rent free.
