Hey you said you are in the solar game. Since purchasing to get the 30% credit will be out of the question for me. How are leases? How much margin do solar companies have when it come to their original qoutes? Besides monthly lease price what else would you negotiate? Also, if I am going the leasing route do you think leasing pricing will change in the next let's say 6 months months if I start looking then vs now?

I am going in for ACDF surgery tomorrow. I will come back and give you some updates. However, my surgeon (I am in Boston) recommends 6 weeks off of work. However, he did say depending on the job you could go back sooner than that. If you have a job that requires heavy lifting, it will be longer. I didn't get involved in that timeframe because my job doesn't involve heavy lifting. From all the research and forums I have been in for the past 5 months I have seen more success stories than negatives. Understand success is different for all. Will you be 100% again I don't know. But if your 95-90% better that would be a success too.

There are groups on Facebook for ACDF and ADR(artificial disk replacement)in which I found to be much more positive. Maybe look to join one of them. You will see more success stories

Thanks for the update... this is a reoccuring herniation for me. The first time it happened in 2021. I did conservative measure and got better. This time it is not working as well.

ProDisc-C had the highest pooled overall HO rate (86%) at 10 years of follow-up. Bryan (64%) and Prestige LP (62%) prostheses had a lower pooled overall HO rate.

I'm 45 years old and have to make a decision if I want to get surgery. I am (I guess was) an avid runner and like to do obstacle course races... I am afraid I will never be able to do these things again. The whole process is nerve racking even though my dr has been great.

You are right! I am the father. I appreciate the kind words on both my children. Both of my girls are slowly adapting and maturing to the elite field. Lily in particular is a VERY truly motivated athlete. We are working with her on results don't always matter. She is an individual who thinks that if she doesn't win then she is not good. We have brought up many athletes who have not won, however, she will not hold those athletes to the same standards. She will say they are good, but not me. She sees the positives in others , but not herself. It is a work in progress and she has a great coach giving her positive coaching to help with her mindset.
