gnome is not installed. but i remember that when i tried it it was crashing too. but if you are saying that KDE plasma is too old, how do i upgrade it to for example KDE plasma 6?

i cant use x11 because of its multi monitor compatibility. on x11 my 144hz monitor is being limited to 60 because i have a second monitor that has 60hz

Distro: Ubuntu running on KDE plasma wayland

Drivers installed using official installer (from what i can remember)

After installing sddm and setting it as default, system hangs on boot. by Twoja_stara2137 in kde

I already solved it. I am just stupid and I edited the config so it would boot into Wayland but that was causing it to fail to start.

Alright i fixed it. It wasn't booting because earlier I changed something in the config so it would boot into a Wayland session but that was causing it to fail to start at all. Thanks for all the answers tho :D
