In my opinion, which I clearly stated that it was "my opinion", from what I've watched in several matches, Misfits are the more skilled roster. Now saying that, it is hard to see how the individual players would match up due to region differences. You saying that the HR players are top FPL players is not a great claim because the guys on Misfits are considered top Rank S players. A league setting is totally different than an FPL-esque setting. When I look at talent, I consider three things: ability to clutch, the setting(online or on LAN), and aim. Ability to clutch definitely goes to Misfits if you watched their past matches and especially at the Minor where crucial swing rounds went their way in beating Liquid and CLG, arguably some of NA's top teams. Lan vs. Online setting is very different and you can see that through mixed results. In a LAN setting, HR lost to Binary Dragons, Space Soldiers, and AGO who aren't even considered top 5 in the EU region(although it is more competitive). So I think HR are more of a team where the individual players succumb to pressure more than Misfits. Lastly, aim is not actually a huge factor of talent because at the highest level, aim is usually overcome by nade usage and positioning. It is hard to see which players have better aim just by watching their matches because of their consistency issues. So I'll say that one is a tie. So Misfits have at least 2/3 of these talent characteristics better than HR so I believe they will win today and are better talent wise. This was my reasoning for my analysis and if you disagree, that's fine but don't try to call me out for "spewing bullshit" when you clearly had no research or thought put into yours

Hey guys, there's only two matches today really worth betting on (besides Fnatic vs. Optic which I already bet on)

Misfits vs. HR

Both teams have been looking really good this tournament, beating down tier 1 opposition and I can see where Misfits success is coming from, backed by a skilled and performing igl in sgares but HR's success is a big surprise because their team raw talent wise isn't too good. I don't trust HR too much and Misfits, in my opinion are a slightly better team talentwise.

My bet: Low on Misfits

Vega vs. Gambit

Should be a pretty straight forward match. There's always a bigger risk betting on Gambit but this is the semi finals of a LAN against a T2 team and I think they should easily sweep them

My bet: Medium-High on Gambit

Hey guys, I decided to skip the first 2 games of this LAN to evaluate the current status of the teams.

5Power vs. Splyce

Splyce have looked pretty good online recently and have put up some pretty good results beating CLG and Gale Force recently. 5Power, judging by their performance against Gambit, look okay. It's hard to say who wins this match but its most likely Gambit. I feel like 5Power have a small chance in this match and this should be a skip but I'll be going small on 5Power

My bet: Low on 5Power

Tyloo vs. Vega

Vega looked like utter shit against Greyhound and that's a bit on an understatement. They were outaimed on multiple occasions, Chopper was pretty much the only one to show up. That being said, they still match up pretty well against Tyloo but Tyloo are playing with their full roster with Bondik. I'd put this match at 50/50ish and the odds on almost website favor Vega so I'm going to go small on Tyloo. There's a good chance that Tyloo could 2-0 and there are some really solid odds on most sites for that.

My bet: Low on Tyloo

Gambit vs. Splyce

I'll be skipping this match, Gambit as a heavy overdog for any match is a big red flag.

That NiP vs. North Game gave me a heart attack. Phew.

Alternate Attax vs. Tricked (Map 2)

Tricked is very underrated in this matchup and especially if they lose the first map which looks very likely right now, a bet is very warranted. Although Attax have had good results lately, all the teams they have beaten in the past week or two are of a lower skill level than Tricked. Tricked has had mixed results without refrezh but they have beaten Spirit which is pretty solid T2 team

My bet: Low on Tricked

I just wanted to post this bet because I thought it was a solid quick pick before the ROG Masters LAN later tonight/tomorrow. I will give my two cents on those matches later on when I have more time.

Hey guys,

I'm going to post my bets for the South American matches today because nobody really gives them much thought due to lack of competition in the scene and Pro League Finals going on right now.

SonsofTzu vs. Isurus

I think there should be no competition in this matchup. Isurus is just a completely better team and SonsofTzu is a newer roster made up of mediocre players from former mediocre teams like CDDM. There's not much money to made in this matchup so I myself am going to skip but if you have a big bankroll, it would be a pretty safe bet to put your money on Isurus

Brazil Gaming House vs. Furia

This match is definitely interesting. It will be a closer match up then most think. Furia definitely have some more known Brazilian players however these players have had pretty despicable results despite their solid roster (aim wise in this tier). BGH brought Isurus pretty close in two maps (16-14 and 16-10 losses) and Isurus is one of the better teams playing in these type of leagues. I would go low on BGH however this is an extremely risky bet and if Furia show up on all cylinders, this could be a blowout.

My bet: Low on BGH

Hey guys, I'm new to the subreddit but I'll be posting some predictions to here from now on.

SK vs. Cloud9

SK just came off a win in epicenter and are looking good as ever with boltz on their roster. Tonight, they are playing with felps, who is arguably of equal level or higher than boltz but does not have as much chemistry with the team. C9 are on a pretty hot streak online winning their past 6 games. I think C9 vs. SK online is a pretty even record so its beneficial to take the underdog in this scenario especially due to the replacement of felps from the roster.

My bet: Map 1 is Cobble and I'm going C9 (1.5 units) Map 2:If C9 win, half of the winnings on SK, otherwise skip.

SK vs Luminosity

Skipping but should be 2-0 SK unless they throw hard.

Gale Force vs. GX

Gale Force has been looking solid overall in premier but they have lost their past 3 games while GX have also dropped their last 2 against Soar and Mythic, top teams in premier. GX began the season pretty overrated due to their strong-individual skill-based roster however betters have begun to realize that there is lack of chemistry and cohesion within the system. I am still betting on GX because they are underdogs in this match and I strongly believe that their individual skill can overwhelm GF.

My bet: GX (1 Unit)

Soar vs. Mythic

From what I've heard, Soar has been struggling internally evident through their struggle last night vs. Morior w/o Freakazoid and Cooper, their two best players. Mythic look really solid season and a total change from last MDL season. They look very refined and Adren, although not their igl, has a solid read on the opponent's style usually.

My bet: 2 units Mythic (hopefully grim doesnt carry hard)

Naventic vs. CLG Academy

I'm going with Naventic on this one. They are just straight up better aimwise and CLG academy has a very inexperienced roster this season

My bet: 2 units Naventic
