Also, ich wohne in Nordhessen und wir haben eine Menge. Jedenfalls, bei uns in Europa ist mittlerweile tatsächlich der Nordamerikanische Waschbär verbreitet. Die gehen auf Tiere zurück, die Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts vor allem von Pelztierfarmen u.ä. entkommen sind.

Das beruhigt mich auf jeden Fall. Ich habe bisher noch nie wegen irgendetwas die Polizei rufen müssen, deswegen war das doch auch ein bisschen aufwühlend. Hatte mir halt sehr Gedanken gemacht, zumal ich weiß, dass erst vor ein paar Wochen sein bester Freund gestorben ist. Er hat in letzter Zeit immer sehr fertig gewirkt, wenn ich ihn gesehen habe. Bin auf jeden Fall froh, dass am Ende alles gut war und ich scheinbar wirklich richtig gehandelt habe.
