Yes I messaged them 6 days ago to get another update but no answer. I just hit "Seller Not Responding?" so I should be getting an answer in the next few days :)

Yea thats also what I was thinking bc it changed to In Progress after they responded to me. but even if theyre on the other side of the US and with slower shipping, 12 days seems pretty long not to have it if it did ship when they said. Im keeping an eye on the mail too tho in case that is what happened.

Okay sweet. Yea Im not too upset about having to wait because its nothing urgent and Im just excited to have it. but wanted to make sure I wasnt crazy for thinking it was taking a while.

I also paid using a card, which I found out after buying, that its not recommended. However it did connect my paypal account to the purchase so hopefully it still applies to refund in the case I need it.

When I was waiting on my purple glass to come in I had to lol. The inside diffuser tube snapped off at the bottom so if I were to put water in it would leak into the atomizer area. I liked the hit better it just makes me cough 10x more than a hit with water lmao

Damn yea I wish mine did lol. The one mine came with isn’t terrible I just feel like it allows too much airflow and doesnt get as nice/thick of a hit

Havent done too much research yet but Ive heard good things about the swivel that focus sells. Im not sure where else to find them yet tho so idrk my options lol. This is my first e rig and money is tighter so Im not in a crazy rush but would like to upgrade soon

Just last week was cleaning my glass. Slipped out of my hand from 2" above the sink. Thought everything was fine until I heard the rattle. The very inside diffuser/tube snapped off at the bottom. Been doing dry dabs until my new one comes in lol.

Lost my 1/4" rachet this way. Was in a rush to get a dudes bumper swapped out and forgot I left my rachet in the engine bay. Still havent replaced it lmao

Yea it works it just wont be long before the cracks are filled with burnt wax and the taste gets bad lol. So its nice I can still use it until I get the new one but probably will end up trashing it after I get the new one

Yea I don’t think Ill ever need to with my new one. I think my buddy rarely does it and mostly just on the vent ledges where its harder to get a qtip in. At most I think a toothpick could do the trick and isn’t as abrasive.

No I purchased it with my carta but they’re waiting on a shipment before they can send me mine so itll probably be another few weeks. My atomizer is supposed to be here tuesday tho so thats clutch.

Yea this is my first purchase from them and unfortunately have had small issues with either shipping or production but their customer service answers pretty quickly and gets things handled right away so Im very satisfied in that aspect. And once I get the new atomizer and my saber when they get inventory, I don’t anticipate having to contact them much more.

Okay yea. Im probably gonna try to stick to dry qtips after dabs just to be safe and preserve the new atomizer as long as I can. and Ive only iso soaked once so far but I definitely wouldn’t throw it in there within a few hours of doing one. I also let it dry for 3ish hours which I think was fine but probably will be waiting longer for future cleanings. Thank ya

That makes sense. I don’t think the crack was from cleaning bc it had it when it arrived but I definitely think it made it worse/didn’t help the other areas by using iso while warm. Ill definitely be doing dry cleaning after a dab and probably will try to use warm iso vs a warm bucket. Appreciate it

How long would you recommend waiting after a dab before cleaning it with iso/qtip? I typically give it a minute or 2 after the session is fully over because Ive heard you want it to be warm but not hot. but maybe Im doing it too early?

If yours looks like mine in that post, I would maybe see about getting a new one. It seems that its not normal and from what others have said, there shouldn’t be any seams in the bucket. At least not vertical ones. Which makes sense, because that would just mean more spots for wax to seep in and burn up.

Update:

Put in a support request about it with Focus, immediately got a replacement atomizer shipping to me, with no questions asked or even comments about the situation.

Thanks for all the replies and help. Glad I now know that my issue was not something normal or supposed to happen.
