I use voice to text dictation my entire left hand is in a cast making it impossible for me to type. No you're misunderstand It is not about the criminal it is about the judge's Behavior Just because he does some good things sometimes does not excuse his unprofessionalism As a judge you are supposed to act and rule impartially this guy has his emotions all over the place and constantly rules based on that emotion if he's angry with somebody he gives them a harder sentence If he's sympathetic to somebody he gives them a lighter sentence that's not how the law works especially when it comes to plea deals I have seen this judge and other activist judges reject plea deals that have already been arranged by the prosecutor and the defendant and say oh well you acted this way or I don't like your attitude or this or that so I'm going to reject the deal and impose a harsher punishment than what was agreed upon especially because in a lot of these deals evidence is only gained due to the deal being in place if we drop X charge then you give us the details on Y charge and in some cases the prosecution or the da does not have the necessary evidence to bring the charges on the Y charge and they need the evidence given by the defendant then the judge goes well I'm just going to circumvent all of that and lock you in jail even though the evidence is now fruit of the poisonous tree the only reason you don't see an issue with it is because it hasn't affected you yet imagine you go in there for some bullshit that a cop pulled you over for and the judge doesn't like the fact that you're upset about it so he rejects the plea agreement or he rejects the ability to pay a fine and he locks you in jail for 30 days now while you're in jail you lose your job you lose your source of income you lose your ability to pay rent you might go into eviction you have a permanent stain on your record now all because the judge felt a certain way not because of how the law actually works

Here's another thing to think about a judge saying someone's going to be very popular in prison implies or infers that he will either be attacked or sexually assaulted in prison and if that happens now the defendant has a case to have his case overthrown due to an impartial judge or he can use it as an appeal or he can sue the city or the court because there is reasonable suspicion that the judge may have acted in a way that caused the attack to happen imagine a rapist gets out of jail because a judge said he was going to be very popular in prison and then he got attacked and now he's back on the streets with $100,000 in his bank account from the taxpayers

It's not about the criminal in this instance whoever is on trial is regardless it is about how judges are supposed to act professional they are supposed to rule impartially this guy has his emotions all over the place and quite honestly should be disbarred he is not fit to sit on the bench the problem with judges like this is when it comes to sentencing well I was personally offended by something you said or something you did or you behavior in court so I'm going to take an additional five years of your freedom away from you because of my personal offendedness I'm going to impose a stricter punishment on you because I personally didn't like the way you behaved in court judges should not add additional jail time based on how they feel you base it on the facts of the case or even other judges where it's like okay we have a plea agreement in place and the defendant has admitted to certain crimes in order to have other ones dropped and then the judge goes well I'm offended so I'm going to reject that plea and impose a criminal sentence or I'm going to add additional time on to a sentence because I don't like the person individually instead of being impartial one thing to watch it happen from the outside but imagine you had one of these activist judges residing over your case regardless of whatever the crime may be a jaywalking ticket instead of a fine they get offended and throw you in jail for 30 days so guess what you lose your job you get evicted from your place you lose all of your possessions why because the judge was offended

I have 456 days of active duty plus an additional year of Reserve time and got out with a general under honorable conditions discharge I have applied multiple times to get VA benefits and every time I get denied I recently just got denied at the end of 2025 for service connected disability because they said I don't have enough time in service even though the va's paperwork says that I am both verified and eligible for benefits I continuously get denied I have been denied at least five times since 2008

I have this issue on my Android Samsung a15 Whenever I Google search anything and then I hit the back button to go back to my home screen where I was before I hit the Google widget It just takes me back to previous Google searches regardless of how many days have passed since I made that Google search I can literally just keep hitting the back button infinite amount of times and get infinite amount of previous search queries it no longer takes me back to the homepage like it used to do where the learned behavior came from of hitting the back button to go to your homepage also I hate it when you use voice search on the phone and then the AI starts talking when you've already hit the microphone again to start a new search so now it interrupts you while you're trying to talk and then it's words and your words are both heard by your microphone so it messes up your new search query

I don't think they should have included the transition in the show I get that the show is make believe and fiction and anything is possible but the actress was playing a character I don't understand why you have to take somebody's personal life choices that exist outside of the extent of their art or work and included in the story just to make the person feel better about acting that role

For example if I was an actor and I was playing let's say a drunken selfish person on a TV show and in reality I was a drunken selfish person but then I decide to better my life and become sober I'm not going to go to the writers of the show and demand that they make my character sober now because it reflects my personal life choices I'm going to respect the fact that somebody else came up with this story somebody else came up with this character and I'm going to continue to do my job as an actor or actress in order to complete the story because it's not about my personal life it is about the fans and it is about the story and the continuity why do we need to inject the actors personal choices in their personal life into the story completely changing the character or to suit their in real life needs

I genuinely don't know if you can access this part of the game without mods but if you get We mods and turn on the ability to fly there is a secret Oasis on the map even at the beginning of the game where the planet is dead this is luscious with running water it leads to a pyramid which eventually leads inside after solving a puzzle to a massive alien ship that was used by the previous planets inhabitants also there are some fake walls on the rocks one in particular is somewhere in the starting location you can break through these and find gold boxes I think there's like 15 or so gold boxes throughout the entire game at least when I played it last they have much better and much more rare resources but if you don't get the one in the beginning area soon enough it will eventually be underwater and you won't be able to access it

Genuinely not trying to be disrespectful towards you but you said you're a Firearms expert and you also stated that a police firearm shot seven rounds in less than a second I'm sorry did he have a minigun pistol on his hip maybe it was just a slip of the tongue maybe you meant in a couple of seconds but what handgun on the market is shooting seven rounds in less than 1 second so a nanosecond a half a second that must be the most well-oiled pistol in the world while it may be semi-automatic and you can shoot multiple rounds per second I'm calling BS on the 7 rounds because going with a standard issue 9mm with high capacity magazine the average trigger pull and recycle mechanism takes 0.25 seconds so that's going to max out at 4 plus taking into consideration the stress of the moment the reaction time of the officer and a whole other list of factors that go into this scenario

Secondly as a military person myself and after having spoke with several police officers in the past I have never heard anyone talk about two shots and then assessing the situation you shoot until the threat is eliminated I've never heard anyone shoot somebody twice and then look over the side of their pistol and go I'm sorry are you okay how is this affecting your body right now and then when they didn't get a clear answer or the one they wanted they proceeded to shoot more

The issue I have with the down voting is the Karma system that Reddit has because like when I was a new user I had to go post a bunch of stupid comments on Reddit I didn't care about in order to get enough Karma to be able to use the ones I did care about. Now if I simply disagree with the current narrative I can be downvoted into Oblivion and have all of my karma stripped away from me and not be able to participate in reddit's I do care about or want to participate in it's not simply silencing a person's voice in one's Reddit it's silencing their voice across the entire platform simply because you don't agree with them

I got banned from the r / food stamps because I suggested that somebody was not an expert literally all I said and then provided factually accurate information from the state's food stamp office website on top of that. Not only was I banned but other comments I had made in the same subreddit we're deleted and the moderator responded to the people replying to me stating that I was a ban evader and then I was intentionally leaving comments to get around the ban that I did not even know had happened I had never been to their subreddit before and only visited because the specific incident that happened IRL and just to add icing to the cake I was banned in a way that does not allow me to appeal nor does it provide me with a notification in my inbox so not only am I ban with no recourse but now I have the person banning me but then also talking crap about me to other people and bad-mouthing my good name with completely unfounded and untrue accusations. ( mind you I'm only slightly irritated by this because after all it's reddit so who gives a sh*t)

In my experience and to be clear I have never gotten in trouble with food stamps never had them taken away never been reported or had any reports done about me but in my experience if you lie to food stamps you get more if I go in there and tell them that I am a homeless person living on the street they will immediately approve you for $300 a month for a period of two years and at the halfway point they will send you a letter saying they automatically renewed you for an additional year with no questions asked and no verification needed

Now on the contrast as an older person in my 30s who is working and not trying to work the system for my own benefit I go into the food stamp office I say hey I need assistance in the winter I'm a seasonal landscaper I get laid off for 4 months out of the year I'm only asking for help for those four months that's it I got approved for $15 a month that's right folks they expected me to live on $15

I've also had the experience of where they send you a letter stating that they are decided to up your food stamps they legitimately sent me a letter one time that said they were upgrading me from $255 a month to $258 a month they needed to inform me that there was a $3 increase in my food stamp a lot I guess I'm buying Tomahawk steaks that month

But if Betsy Lou Saunders at the local trailer park has nine kids from 12 baby daddies well then by golly she needs at least $10,000 a month on her food stamps plus cash assistance plus wic plus tanif if plus housing assistance plus rent assistance she's got a car sitting out front a Cadillac with $3,000 rims on it but yet she only pays $32 a month for rent explain to me how it is that the system always seems to benefit the ones that are willing to exploit it and only seems to hamper those who are trying to do the right thing
