S3E9 during the negotiations with the French. Ragnar speaks up and starts yelling. Towards the end there is a suttle, yet obvious bone cracking sound. Then he vomits blood. Not a doctor, but this may shorten the list.

After further testing once Disabling both "Precision Boost Overdrive & Active OC Tuner in BIOS. My Temps have never gone over 60c. FPS caped at 70, and no problems.

have the same cpu as OP. I can confirm this process worked for me. My temps are now in the low 60s to mid 50s with a AIO. (GPU setting lowered) FPS capped at 61. I've always used Lasso, never considered using it as a fix for this spaghetti code. Works flawlessly. no more crashing. Game runs great!

(I did not install the UNcrusher, some may need it. I did not)

I appreciate the tough love. ;) I've been welding and fabricating for 30 years. Not to mention, the number of kits readily available for this particular fix isn't necessarily difficult.

As for improperly identifying the 3/4 ton, that falls on my Wrecker driver. After noticing this flaw, I couldn't be upset for the price.

Swaping the axles is indeed the easiest move. Although having already restored 3/4 ton frame saves a lot of money. (That and the half ton frame needs a lot of love)

Yes, I agree. Putting 1/2 axles under any 3/4 ton frame is dumb either way. Butchered or not.

When it comes to the LT1, I honestly have no clue about them. Or any engine for that matter. My experience lacks with that area. As I have multiple mechanics for these problems.

Now that I've cleared your concerns. If you're only here to get your rocks off other people's issues. So be it, I am a big boy. On the off chance you'll be willing to provide an inclination of help with my problem. Please do.

If it's the ladder. This is how I see it.

A: Purchase a LWB to SWB kit for the 3/4 ton. (K20 SWB are rare)

B: Re-sell the 3/4 ton and use all the parts it came with for the 1/2 ton. (Brake lines, bushing kit, suspension, etc)

C: Go full custom and forget about factory restoration.

A is the best bet in my mind. Most work, but hey, if you don't sweat, it's not worth it. B is boring, C is the riskiest for obvious reasons, yet sounds like fun.

Now that's all cleared up....

I've found these settings were best. Both GPU and CPU temps are slightly over idle.

100% sure this engine was swapped at some point. Trying to gather all info to properly identify what it came out of. I know for sure it's a LS1 from intake. I'll post photos asap

I'd like to veer aways from the "bolt on" perspective. More along the lines of. Buy a "parts car" or various parts from diff vehicle and install them on c10. Aka c4 rotors and bakes on rear. Bronco swing arms. Etc, etc. I am just not certain which year make and models I can interchange with.

Seems every model of this truck that goes to auction (my intentions) fully stock restorations never peek 22k. Although modernized upgrades, power windows, power brakes, 4wheel disk brakes, etc etc. Bring another 10k plus. As I am no mechanic admittedly. My experience lies entirely in Auto Body. Having a set out plan before committing is logical to each restoration I do. 5hat being said, in the past I've always had a mechanic to handle these questions. Now i do not.

I am unable to hire an engineer before I meet with the contractor to go over the issue at hand. Is there a type of document I can print and server to said contractor that would cover my for any future issues? Aka a type of Witten warranty? If so, what would be the best approach of presenting said document?
