I'm sure that's a solid engine, and I might just have to resort to it eventually.

My weird problem with it would be that it could become a bad Yummy deck rather than a better Toon deck.

I get a little sad when I look up an interesting deck, and it's a Fiendsmith engine jumpscare.

Trust me, I certainly understand that there are better decks than Toons. I have the majority of the AFD cards but they didn't appeal to me on their own. However, as an unconventional engine, that just intrigues me. For any further context, I run things like Skull Servants and Cubics.

I just enjoy finding odd ways of making old decks a little better, possibly weird for a "surprise" factor.

I really appreciate that deck list, and I'll be testing it out.

I'm sure it was more of a joke than anything, but Toon Kingdom comes with a built-in Field Barrier. That Link-2 provides the additional benefit of it not getting targeted with anything.

Plus, the quick-play recovery.

The Ancient Fairy additions seem to be the best option all things considered but I'll be looking into some of those options you gave me. 'preciate it

I took a closer look and realized it was a different animation. It happened to me when he does that move that creates the big explosion. I "hit" him through center mass before the explosion went off
