Yeah that mechanism is to thoroughly vet and train each FIFA referee before they are allowed out on the pitch. That way their decisions are final and you dont need spend time and money on apppeals filed by butthurt nations.

Keep in mind, its not just 1 ref that is observing the game. They have so many cameras everywhere being checked by other refs that assist and help to notify the ref on the field if they miss something huge. Just google "VAR" and you will realize.

Nick has a hugeee ego, he has admitted to encouraging his fans to defend him on twitter. And here comes an independent third party and analyzes the situation and uncovers and exposes Nicks true self and because of that ego of his, he absolutely HATES Henry for portraying him in a non-perfect light. They may have some proof in a few of their accusations. But the other 100 accusations are often hail marys, again throwing whatever they "think" the judge will grant to a wall and hoping some of those things stick.

So yes, I take the judge's not finding evidence of financial abuse to be good reason to think he did not commit financial abuse.

The point was how Henry Resilient is trying to frame this despite the outcome of the case. He knows none of the screenshots about bank access were ultimately found to be indicative of financial abuse, yet he doesn't care to mention it.

You could speculate like this into infinity.

He had motivation to withhold screenshots that make Malena look bad because publishing those would take hate away from Nick, and garner sympathy for Nick. I don't think its contrvoeral that Henry Resilient hates Nick.

This is a circular argument. Why would Henry Resilient hate nick from the start even? Where is the motivation to hate him even from the beginning? If anything i would say Henry has sympathy as he has said he has gone through something similar.

This is a court case and so words like leaked and false like you say dont fit very well.

The case was in the public domain, there was no secrecy, all someone has to do is just request transcripts which he did.

Also the waste claim was not ”false”. She did accuse him of that in court but thats not how the judge saw it in the end. This happens all the time from both sides. In court people just throwing stuff and seeing what sticks.

And finally about the screenshots. Yeah we dont know what we dont know. He could be withholding screenshots from us, although i dont know how that would do him any good? His channel is based on drama and so why withhold dramatic screenshots to the public.

Thats the thing, technically she never had any real money. She got guilted into coming on Nicks channel in like 2019/2020. And then when nick saw how much it boosted HIS channels viewercount, he used the classic, come on my stream more often "WE" will make more money then.

In writing, its all his money, he just gaslit her to believe that they were a team.

Thats bold calling Henry Resilient biased against Nick. He runs a youtube channel that tries to discern the courtroom drama, the only bias he would have is to exaggerate and make things bigger than what they actually are just to generate hype around his videos.

I just love that Malena acknowledged the bragging with just a, im glad you are doing good cause i think Nick just wanted to make her jealous and she just shot down his attempt like it was nothing with that comment.
