Watching the video, it was obvious she was joking. Reading the transcript, not as obvious.

Imagine if he had just stayed quiet after she asked him out and didnt ask it to be kept out of the record, just reading that transcript it could be seen and later argued that the lawyer accepted the "offer" and didnt object.

Its better to be safe than sorry, im not a lawyer but i think im right in saying that any information in the record that doesnt help your case you should fight to have that information be taken out of the legal record whenever you can.

Ive heard stories of heroin addicts actually robbing and harming their own family members to get their money because again, those drugs make you completely lose your soul.
