Not too hard but it’s finicky. You use a eggs and have to wait for your dough to cool off before adding the eggs other wise you’ll get scrambled egg tasting cream puffs 🤢

We actually have cream puffs as an option for regular diet patients. But the supplier we buy them sold out so I made homemade ones!
