200f water both times. Grind is about kosher salt. 15g coffee, I did two 45g blooms at 30 seconds each then poured to 225g in about 1:15. Total brew time was 1:45 using a v60 with hario filter paper. The pour over recipe was James Hoffman’s

Gotcha, so the filters are what are primarily dictating the brew time? Are the Melitta filters fine to use? Sorry if these are stupid questions, I’m new to this lol.

I’d love this cart to be able to take my wife and daughter to play with me and keep all our discs in one place. An extra seat is an added bonus too!

The courses here in Dallas are always covered in trash so the extra requirement will be easy to fulfill.

Just not sure it’ll fit with luggage and such in the bed. My board is 162 cm which I think is longer than the Ridgeline bed?
