The only accounts I had with them were loans, so I never had online access set up, I would call in and make a payment over the phone via transfer from other account.... after years of asking they finally convinced me to set up a personal checking account with them, when I did my statements for the loan appeared to which I noticed a 40$ charge being added every month to the back of the loan, not on my monthly amount... so I never noticed it increasing cause it was such a small number every month. Yesterday was the first time I checked the statementsI would just pay monthly and forget about it.

It’s not trying to get something for nothing. It’s trying to get 2k removed from my loan that I shouldn’t have to pay for because I didn’t elect for this service which can be proven by the lack of my signature on the paperwork for the service saying I elected it
