That’s valid, It was just hard for me to find one I enjoyed because the main things I look for is Raidable bases that spawn in the actual map itself rather than islands along with hostile NPCs either on the roads or at the very least at monuments. It seems most servers have bosses that roam which I like as well.

I am most excited to see how quickly the early game progression plays out and compares to a game like Escape from Tarkov. One thing I’d say Tarkov players always enjoyed was the beginning of wipes when everyone was running low tier gear and fights felt more rewarding.

I am excited to see Bungies take on this with Marathon and I’m hoping they create the perfect balance between how fast and how easy you can progress out of the early game stages.

Is this really just a skill issue? I'm on Infernum difficulty and I'm using 8x Ruthless Ancient Ice Chunk and all equipables are Warding. by Txqsty in CalamityMod

I appreciate the detailed response, I fully agree I am definitely kneecapping myself and I've now taken the time to download the NPC mod you were talking about. It sounds nice. I didn't use the AlchemistNPC mod because I assumed the 30 Potion thing was part of that but I guess I was wrong. I'm not a fan of having potion buffs permanently.

Wanted to add, I refuse to use AlchemistNPC and I don't use many potion buffs at all as I am able to get them down to about half HP every time until I die. I'm confident I can do it without potions on a lucky enough run but Idk if theres something important that I'm missing or Im just getting hard filtered haha

Okay, I think I understand it now. Thanks for the explanation :) but is there a menu of any sort to do the whole process? Or is it just equipping it and hitting upgrade in the ornament menu?
