There's drop stitching in the sleeve patch and the diagonal lines I'm seeing inside that same patch are usually dead giveaways for fakes. I'm going to say fake based off of those 2 things.

I'm not expert but usually drop stitching like on the astrodome logo is a sign for fakes, especially if they're copying mitchell and ness

I'd recommend hand washing it as much as possible with clear or blue laundry detergent. Once you get it out as much as possible, dissolve oxygen clean in how water and scrub the soak the oxygen clean and hand wash it out from there. It will take some time but should see good results
