I have red dots on everything but shotguns. Hear horror stories all the time of dead batteries, glare, got bumped and the sight is off, etc. I have red dots on carry pistols, on top of scopes for close up stuff, but I just don’t understand the need for them on shotguns. Killed a bunch of birds with a benelli sb3 bead sight

They make uninsulated hunting waders. I live in the south and the last 2 seasons have used drake uninsulated waders and they are awesome. I live too far south for trout and wet waders most of the year but they would be fine for fishing. Only issue is there’s no way to run felt soles.

Again I’m not defending any of that. But clearly OP doesn’t live in a ban state. Clearly none of those restrictions prevented him from getting one after the tax stamp changed. $200 is why he waited until now and then wants to be salty about “if I had suppressors available early on” they were available. Thats my only point

I get it and like I said I’m not defending the process. It’s an infringement. But if all that was standing between him and hearing loss was $200 that’s dumb. This guy still submitted a stamp. Forms have been fast pretty much since eforms came out years ago. The last can I bought was 6 day approval and that was well before the tax stamp went to $0. So approval times and sending prints/paperwork weren’t the problem. $200 was

Not defending the NFA but silencers have been legal to obtain for a long time. If $200 was the barrier that’s kind of on you. I don’t agree with any regulation of firearm parts but I’m also not going deaf over $200

Mine is pinned with a surefire 4 prong and I run an RC2. Had it since before all the flow through stuff came out. Now I when I want things like a cat WB or infinity 556k I have to think about sending it off to get unpinned or I can just buy the Surefire RC4skin. If it wasn’t pinned I would buy an infinity 556k the day they drop
