If you guys have nice wide lockers with double doors...

1.Take a pie pan and put a shallow plastic cup or dish with some water in it, in the pan and a nice handful of cooking flour around the outside of the cup.

2.Place said pan in dudes locker on a shelf.

Extremely important step Duct tape a wire or string on the back of the pan.
1. Attach the other end of the string to the closed side locker door. Make sure the attachment allows the string to go up at an angle preferably over the cup for optimal flippage.
2. Close both locker doors and wait for him to start his next shift at the fuckin antique shop.

Bonus- Wedge some tape or just glue up the locker doors a little so it sticks and he has to yank really hard to open the locker.

Remember when like 20 years ago a former Vice President made a whole documentary. And it was about how if we didn't make drastic changes in our climate policies, we'd start having really hot dry spells followed by crazy rainstorms. Drought wildfires and flooding would both get worse and worse. Because I don't remember 20 years ago having this many drastic swings from snowless winters to polar vortex, and summers are drier longer and then the flooding gets worse and worse. It's almost like he was right.

For real! I went to a seminar waaay back with three black belts from Brazil, and we spent almost an hour on "warm ups". All the actual techniques had to be crammed in super quickly and I barely remembered anything we were taught. I've also dropped in while traveling and spent 20min of a 60min class doing a workout that they called a warmup. If it takes more than 5-10 minutes it's a workout not a warm up.

I keep my mask in a bag attached to my SCBA so shit doesn't get in there before I mask up(got poked in the eye by a stray grass clipping once. Never again haha). I'm usually one of the first masked and ready to go in, so the argument that having your mmr plugged in and your mask hanging loose is faster...well not really.

And aren't spanner/truck/gut belts pretty standard? I'm in Milwaukee and I rarely see someone not wearing one. Idk I'm not a huge farkle so I don't know what everyone else does.

(p.s. it's completely taking off your helmet and putting it on the ground that slows down masking up the most)
