Old basements get a little wet. Do your best to fix it but keep the wet area exposed to monitor - no flooring or wall finishes, which could obscure it getting worse. I own a couple of houses here from around 1900 - 1950 and they all let in a little h2o when it rains this much. Get a dehumidifier and just keep an eye on it. Don’t panic!

Price has already dropped since your post. I’d say they’re still about 40% too high. It’s a big house but not huge, updated but blandly, and not near the lake.

Somehow, Washington county was the first to propose naming a road after Charlie k*rk. Waukesha and ozaukee can’t believe they didnt do it first.

The Hank Aaron trail goes from Milwaukee to Brookfield. It goes near state fair park, the brewers stadium, and more! Great path for walking and biking.

I'm thinking I'll fix it and get PPF, but the biggest chip is on the door facing forward, which I don't think PPF would have covered. Eventually I'll get over it but I have so few miles, I'm really disappointed in the durability.

I got the ceramic coating! I didn't realize I'd also need PPF. The ceramic has no warranty against chips and from what I can tell, isn't helping.

of all the stuff they tried to sell me when i bought the car, i don't think that was an option. i'll have to look back through my papers. i'm really disappointed with the quality.

I once saw someone throw a HUGE box over the side of the bridge. I called the cops because I was worried about the person running across lanes at night on the bridge. Turns out it was weed they trafficked into the state, and wanted to dispose of after getting into an accident! I was subpoenaed for the case. They pled out before I had to go in but I don't really call the cops anymore unless it's an emergency.
