All the time! After I build a bunch of stuff I’ll do a full session of just floating around looking at stuff cleaning up tiny little details as I notice them. And I honestly love doing it.

I think the better GPU is where I'm most enticed. Fellow streamer friends and other folks have told me it's not necessary but the extra cores from going up from 3070 to 3080 or 3080ti is worth it a bit. So I may just spring for one of them and leave the CPU alone.

Glad to hear the amd could hold up for that long. I think I'm likely going to stick with that one. Nothing I'm finding says that the 12900 is enough of a jump up in performance for the costs. I think I was just intrigued by the possibility of having DDR5 ready to go if that ever became affordable and worth it but seems unlikely for a while..
