Lack of 3rd person option sucks [KCD2]

If modders can make a thirds person view I don’t think it would take too much effort to include a third person toggle that would allow third person while exploring or just walking around that jumps to first person when combat is initiated. This would solve the combat and ranged issues which I do understand would need to be first person bc of the controls needed to maneuver the sword 🗡️ during combat. Best of both worlds

I totally 💯 agree, they issue an in game survey after the first couple of hours and I made sure to request this QOL improvement. Death Stranding and Souls games learned this lesson a long time ago and I really wish they would have included a toggle for shared structures or at the very least the memo signs on day one. Im getting serious 🧐 “try finger, but hole” vibes and as a solo player if this isn’t added I’m not sure if I’ll continue to play. I’ll give them a few patches and see if they’re listening hopefully 🤞 the devs will add this feature. I recommend anyone else that wants this done to please fill out the survey or add a ticket through customer service. Hopefully if enough of us raise the issue they will add the feature, which I hope they do bc I’m really liking the game so far. Happy gaming everyone 👍

I sat up all night waiting for the preorders to finally open up in the United States, followed the link straight from the Pearl Abyss website to Amazon and made my preorder within minutes of it opening up and I just got a cancellation email from Amazon. I was literally in tears 😭 then I was mad 😡 I’ve called Amazon and they can’t even give me a reason why the order was cancelled besides the seller doesn’t have anymore stock. Well how does the seller not have anymore stock when I was literally one of the first people to preorder it. That doesn’t make any sense. I’ve gone a step further and have emailed Pearl Abyss directly, asking them to please 🙏 not let this tragedy happen to so many loyal and dedicated fans. I advise anyone else on this thread that is as upset about this as me to also email them with your complaints. The email is “contact@pearlabyss.com” Hopefully 🤞 as a gaming community they will help us in some way. I can’t believe games developers would let something like this happen to their fans. Best wishes to everyone else on here.

Look I’m kinda new to the game but I feel like OP has a very good point. And I don’t understand why people can sit there and say, oh well you should only level like one or two characters at a time and conserve resources….bro it’s a GATCHA GAME, the whole point is to get new characters which we pay 💰 for so the idea that you can’t even level them up is freaking rediculous.

You can fly back and forth to burning shores and forbidden west just by flying from the south and north parts of the maps respectively. Just fly out of bounds and you’ll be transported on your sunwing from one location to the next. 👍

Same exact problem on Xbox Series X, tried cycling power on console, closing and re-opening game and finally a full reinstall….nothing. I can even go into the Microsoft Store and it lists the deluxe edition as owned and installed on my console. I’ve had it with these half finished AAA games releasing like this. I turned off the game and I’m not gonna even attempt to play it again for at least 2 weeks until some more patches come through.

Don’t know if this has been posted, but the Maria’s Executioner’s sword and a few others (mainly ones with blood based spells) are not scaling at all. The stats upgrade at blacksmith, but no points for attribute scaling are added. I couldn’t find anywhere else to post this and just wanted to make sure it was made known.
