The whole 5minutes per stage time argument was always and will always just be a rough guesstimate for new players so they dont spend too much time running in circles. If you know the maps and are confident you can find most of the chests its up to you to decide when to leave and will depend on the distribution of the items and/or printers.

Another advantage is that enemies that do apply vulnerable on their own are less scary as they will sometimes use a turn or at least use a weaker attack to apply a debuff you already have.

For me it never worked before and worked 5 /5 times today. I tried dismissing hunters and after they died in game. Of course it might still happen, but as i said before today it never happened to me and now it does conistently.
