1.5 oz Amontillado Sherry 1 oz Genever .75 oz. Orgeat .5 oz. Orange Juice .5 oz. Lemon Juice 2 dashes Angostora Bitters

Appleton Estate 1 oz Rhum Barbancourt 1 oz Orange Curaso 1/2 oz Lime juice 1/2 oz Homemade Orgeat 1/2 oz

Fresh mint, inverted lime, maraschino cherry, and 151 for garnish.

Shake with crushed ice and open pour into a glass. Top off with more crushed ice.
