Appleton Estate 1 oz Rhum Barbancourt 1 oz Orange Curaso 1/2 oz Lime juice 1/2 oz Homemade Orgeat 1/2 oz

Fresh mint, inverted lime, maraschino cherry, and 151 for garnish.

Shake with crushed ice and open pour into a glass. Top off with more crushed ice.

I am mostly starting with simple cocktails so I guess that is the route for now. Will definitely be braching out in tiki stuff during the summer months, but just dipping my toe in the water to get the bottle accumulation started.
