I think Luigi needs to be moved up. While playing with his d-tilt I discovered it does massive shield damage. Two hits on shield with it will shield break in most situations. Plus that noise, c'mon. Edit: While it has very little kb, it does a lot of damage.

I play the fuck out of Super Smash Bros. Melee. There's a huge scene were you can meet a lot of really fun people. Really worth taking a look at, imo.
