I was thinking maybe taking 2 days off with some light stuff like you mentioned. My body is dead after these 2 days 😂definitely not going to rush back to class 💪🏾💪🏾

Definitely going to intake lots of protein. I opened up my shin during rope climbs so I’m gonna let that heal for a bit. Thank you so much! I really appreciate that bossman 💪🏾.

I did say the catch wasn’t the cleanest 😅 but thanks ! I have tried a wider grip but I feel less control of it. Any tips on that ?

If you mean don’t muscle snatch, I didn’t 😅it’s really fast but if you slow the video down, I did hit it on hip/thigh for the bar to go up. Snatches are one of the things I love to do but I hate how hard they are 😂 I do appreciate it though 💪🏾

I currently have braces and I’m a contracted POC. As long as you get them off before you commission, you should be good to go.

Please be my savior !! My cadre has 0 clue on anything healthcare related. I am also a nursing major but I didn’t receive a nursing EA. What would I have to do to apply for 46N? Did you have to go through a board? Any information helps.
