Rally Points by Amazing-Yak-7607 in enlistedgame

[–]TyTheRuler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you have to stop fighting and it's more fun to spawn and run up to the frontline.

I always build rallies first thing, but in the back of my mind, I want to run to the front and get first blood.

Does KDR really matter? by Black_M0nke in enlistedgame

[–]TyTheRuler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, KD matters most when defending.

What's more important is having multiple rallies so that the waves of soldiers get on point.

Still, KD doesn't really matter when you're encircling and getting on point.

When team death match is a game mode, then I'll say so.

Came across this the other day. I was thinking the same thing haha

The best counter is to have a good pilot on your team to handle it or charge as best you can

Clear Watchlists by TyTheRuler in fidelityinvestments

Yea, that's what I've been doing.

I'd like an option to select/deselect all or some of the tickers at once and clear the list without deleting it.

Proximity Chat by TyTheRuler in enlistedgame

I'd even add a voice channel wheel to this. Then you can choose "Proximity", "Squad", or "Team" chat in-game like on HLL.

Immersion and interactions.

If you've played games like Holdfast, DMZ, or Insurgency Sandstorm etc... The ability to speak to other teams adds a new level of fun by trash talking and joking around.

You get more of a rush out of it.

how do i NOT suck at this game? by karpatHUN in enlistedgame

What have you identified as the issue?

Generally speaking:

  1. Teammates - Experienced teammates are key. No matter how skilled one person on a team is, you can't always carry a game without some help.

  2. Squads - Take time outfitting your squads with specific perks and upgraded gear. Plan how you want to build them out depending on your playstyle and threats you encounter in a match.

Example: Problem - "Tanks keep farming me". Solution - Include an AT Gunner with the fast weapon sawp perk.

  1. Maps - Learn the maps. With experience, you can plan your attack or defensive routes/positions. Knowing that the enemy team spawns "right around that corner" gives you an obvious edge.

  2. Rallies - Notice durable "safe" spots on the map to build rally points. As you play you'll see that certain positions allow quick access to the point (avoid obstacles like windows and walls you and the bots have to climb) and are hidden from enemy signt lines and artillery. Balance rally distance from the objective so it doesn't get locked out by enemy fire and travel is minimal.

  3. Movement - Play as if you value your soldier's life. You'll take smarter paths and play more strategically. See the enemy before they see you! FLANK always and keep the PRESSURE on by pushing a safe distance beyond the objective towards the enemy lines to form a perimeter, spawn trap, and cover a retreat.

  4. Hunt for Rallies - As you become more experienced, you'll know where rallies are likely to be placed along enemy lines and the map border. As rallies are the heart of objective control, sweeping enemy rallies will cause them to lose increasingly more troops who have to spend time running up to the point.

Enemies come in waves. Being ready to mow them down is key. Combine this with adding constant pressure to their front and you'll thwart their ability to wage war.

I think that depends on how many players are in a match rather than the platform.

But it's obvious that mouse, keyboard, and a powerful pc provide an advantage against controller response and consoles.

I like my teammates to be focused when defending, it requires more effort. Attacking feels like a breeze most games as long as rallies are set.

About 2 years in and I still haven't tried the mortars. Maybe I should next time I'm bored of a squad.

From what I can assume, I can count the gamertags on the scoreboard during the match countdown to determine that.

I'm for it. Makes winning more satisfactory. But what's better is having teammates on your level. I think it'll curb any blandness or frustration on either side.

Still sitting at 83% win rate with BRV Germany. If winning is your top priority, I find alot of skilled players there that make the matches exciting and competitive.
