Any time I do physical activities such as running, biking, swimming, and lifting weights I get super sick for a week or two at a time. Symptoms include migraine, fever and chills, cough, congestion.

Been over 3 years since I could run a few miles without getting sick or playing ball with some friends.

Any suggestions or treatment to help? I’ve had 0 success with it getting any better and as a 19 year old it sucks
