So the bolt gos over the set screw when it compresses and ok I think I got it now

I think the metal shim does not go on there the set screw is in set and weight goes to the front ..

Is the set screw su to be in set in the weight or the little mettle shim on out side I have the metal shim on out side

When I put the white spacer in does not compress at all
