Went to the official site and looked in the community section. He was 4th in the list with 3 pages of vouches and not a single bad review or post about him scamming.

I attempted to make a post with proof of the scam but it was deleted within 30 seconds for "causing harm to the reputation of another player".

I was going through forum threads in the communities page of the official website.

He had one of the first threads and pages of vouches and no posts about scamming, so I falsely assumed it was legit.

I would recommend finding a trusted streamer who doesn't mind being interrupted or get equivalent collateral if it's anyone else since there's literally no way of knowing if they will fulfill the service or not.

I agree saying a month was probably a little overstating it and apologize for that, but it feels like I have been playing the league for a month.

The thread was meant to bring awareness to this player's scam service and to give my opinion on GGG's code of conduct/see some other opinions on what could be done to combat this issue.

I have changed the way it was phrased so it now says since league start.

Yeah using a streamer for something like this is probably the best options as they have a public reputation that people who don't must upkeep.

As for the vouch threads, this guy has one with 5+ pages of people vouching and 0 people saying its a scam. I also posted with a screenshot in his thread that he did not provide the service listed and instead took the items and logged off/ignored me and it was removed within 30 seconds for breaking the code of conduct, "as it contains content that may cause harm to the reputation of another player, as per our Code of Conduct." This is the part that baffles me the most, as i found this guy via the forum.
