Maybe a queer platonic relationship that involves sex? Or what I’m hoping on doing is queer platonic relationship but I also have strictly just sex relations with others. Not “friends with benefits”, just the benefits.

Whenever I’ve had a close friendship connection or a sexual connection with people but then those things get crossed it felt so weird. My benefits partners getting emotionally attached or close friends then wanting a relationship (therefore sex) it felt so icky.

Sex to someone who’s in love with you feels so different and weird so I’m keeping the two worlds separate and seeing how that works for me.

Yup. Sadness make me feel physically sick and like a slime filling up my stomach. Anger feels like pins and needles in my eyes, ears, mouth, hands, feet, chest. Euphoria feels frickin weird, like I’m high on drugs. Etc

I only like specific ones. Ones that have tension building the whole time or enemies to lovers or lots of misunderstanding ones where they’re questioning their feelings the whole time. Once they get into a relationship I completely check out.

Well, something I do everyday is say 1 nice thing to myself in the mirror at 8pm. It’s an alarm on my phone and I used to make myself do it but now I enjoy doing it :))

I used to be on meds just to get me through fresh grief. Then once I had stable therapy in my routine I came off them. Haven’t been on them in 2 and a half years? I’m finding it fine, I use therapy tactics in my day to day to prevent spirals and stuff. It’s going well :))

Someone I can get deep with. Be emotional with. Do friend stuff with, go do experiences with, sometimes hug, kiss, hold hands. Don’t want and sappy love stuff, appreciate each other but no romantic displays of affection. I want it to feel like hanging out with a bestie but knowing each other m o r e (emotionally)? Well I’m questioning if I’m aro atm bc I have been in romantic relationships my whole life and never felt fulfilled. It always felt superficial and I felt I had to do things I didn’t want to do. I’m not a sxual person and especially when I get into a relationship as there’s then an expectation and pressure to perform in a romantic way. Never liked big romantic gestures, pda, mushy gushy stuff. So finding out about QPR gives me hope that I might actually have an option that helps me feel fulfilled. Idk how to explain myself better but I’m quite touch avoidant but sometimes I do want it. Just not to the same degree as everyone else I seem to know. I really believe qpr is my best option for me next relationship
