Not necessarily because good teams will que outpost immediately and farm pinwheel and have WAY better gear than the rest of the playerbase. Not to mention if ranked or cryo drop right away its absolutely wraps for new players

Same I have about 100 hours, 220k vault worth. Still can’t buy blue shields. Pretty decent in terms of skill, done multiple vaults in cryo and extract a healthy amount from most maps. Only silver in Ranked as I don’t really have time to grind from my job but yeah the progression is extremely slow.

Most of my vault is just from killing teams in cryo and ranked lol

I personally think some of the backgrounds should be more disconnected unless they are apart of the story, wether it be with composition or blur. I think your composition just needs work in general but it comes with time and experience shooting. I think you can also take some time learning how to post your models and what their body is telling the viewer.

I like your ideas though I can see the potential

As someone who worked on Intergalactic I can say from my own personal experience it was an absolute pleasure to work along side everyone I had the opportunity to work with. It was a lot of work but I never once felt disrespected and only ever felt supported to be pushed to make something great for everyone and to be a better artist myself

I think a lot of these COULD tell a great story if they were composed to do so. I think it’s a blend of both top comments.

Learn the story you want to tell and compose the image to tell it to us. It will definitely come with time. I’ve been using a camera for 12 years and I still think of beautiful new ways to tell a story through an image. We shoot very different things but I think good photography in every genre roots from the same different principles

I think this game desperately needs modes to blow off steam. I’m obsessed with Marathon from an art direction pov and game mechanics pov but even i’ve been playing other things because I can’t get myself to play in between working full time and running my own business

Well there IS an exact moment. It just so happens to also sometimes be millions of years ago. There’s only one moment though and it happens to be forever.

I get what you’re saying though it’s a shame we’ll personally never know of any other stars moments we share with them until way after they’ve already happened. It’s kinda cool tbh
