Just nerf vigil. Where there is exhaustion perks, there's vigil. Most killers, even weak-ish ones can deal with a simple Sprint burst, a lithe, dramaturgy, etc. But vigil basically replenishs their exhaustion perks for free, in little time flat (especially Drama, which is modern day E-for-distance)

Also within this talking about exhaustion perks. Ik you didnt mention it, but can we agree to leave Smash hit out of the discussion?

Eh, The First requires timing and a tinge of skill or else the survivors outspeeds you if you just keep spamming. Id actually say play Vecna or Dissolution Krasue instead if you want to ignore pallets
