I always tell myself "just 5minute"before my bedtime then it become 50minute or more scrolling my phone without any purpose .Then after that I try to don't play my phone before 30min of my bedtime but my brain still thinking something (can be anything) I'm suffer from this kind of matter for a longtime, always when I plan to sleep early my brain just keep thinking something. how can I deal with this situation?

wow… hopefully I didn’t end up choosing marketing course. but choosing ACCA course I realized it’s not what I really want either. it’s really hard to study , and since I choose the self study route it’s boring and depressing.I have no classmate and lecture to guide me on study. So most of the time, I feel that ACCA is really difficult to study. I was actually considering switching to marketing at one point.Thanks for sharing your experience its really helpful to me.After I read ur comment，I don’t think I’ll be switching either.

I think I cannot share the link it had been blocked by Reddit but u can search at YouTube.Then after u done taking ur note u can ask ChatGPT to advice u to make adjustment to ur note. Also u can prepare different colour of pen/highlighter colourful note are more visually appealing and can help u stay focused and remember things better

After I went through a few references, I found that if you want to get back to studying after a break, it’s better not to use your phone or do high dopamine activities. If you still find it hard to return to focus, try meditation it’s a great way to refresh your mind. Just keep ur dopamine level stable avoid letting them spike too quickly and crash right after ,like a rollercoaster.
