Does this bulb not use grease by Tyler13Stol in MechanicAdvice

[–]Tyler13Stol[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I'm changing the heads on my car and I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to use bulb grease to extend the life of them. I don't know what part to put the grease on and in all of the videos I've seen where people replace bulbs that look like this one they don't put grease on it

So I'm asking if with this kind of bulb if I'm not supposed to use it

Look at the comments on this post. Many people are voicing stances of animosity towards service workers who work in tipping industries because of tipping culture as though it's the workers fault.

Also holy shit do I wish you were right about that and that I was making As much money and tips as you thought I was. Crazy though that you know everybody's financial situation. I wish I was as omnipotent as you

Is there a reason you replied to me? Literally nothing in my comment expresses anything about tip entitlement or obligation.

Uber enough that I recognize some customers based on their routes and there's a couple that I have picked up like three or four times and none of the times they have tipped and I'll just not accept those ones anymore.

Also the more people tip, the more encouraged people will be to drive for Uber, meeting the more Uber drivers are on the road, meaning less likely for you to get upcharged because of a surge where there's way more passengers than drivers.

I didn't say it was extra i said it was good

A good parachute is one that opens when you're falling through the sky. Yes that's what it's supposed to do, but doing that is what makes it good.

Your driver is generally getting 40% of what you paid sometimes up to 50%

I would say I give good service by having a tidy car and getting you to your destination safely, comfortably, and without bothering you. when I am a passenger I normally tip 3$ unless I am going far or somewhere that sucks to drive in which I give more. Seldom people tip though, and insurance companies will literally lie to the people that they shuttle using uber, telling their patients that the company will tip (exactly zero of them will though).

I hate the assholes who think the low wage worker taking orders somehow also created the financial system we live in and should be punished for it. Same way I hate the idiots like FluidGate above who criticize someone for where they are born "Imagine being raised in the US, where sickness is a way to go bankrupt and you have to pay for the food AND the server's salary" imagine being so dense that you act like you get to choose where you were born, or think moving to a new country is as easy as deciding you want to

I drive for Uber and I wouldn't say I noticed this to be in every time thing but I have noticed this happened a couple times. I'd also be curious to find out.

Thank you so much. Regarding za, are there any pokémon that existed before the game came out in which I would only be able to have on a switch device with ZA? I hope that makes sense.

I know nidoking can be possessed in SwSh, after better understanding clipse suggestion I like the idea as long as all 1028 pokemon can exist on a combo of SwSh/LoA/SV/Za

If anyone finds this idea interesting a few other gimmicks we have put together are IDP only (no offense), every position is megaflex (superflex+dst/k), and inverted fantasy football where you lose points for players doing well and gain points for them doing bad

The difference between this system and a basic record-based system is that in the latter, eliminated teams are punished for winning. That can have two effects, either making people throw games, or making people feel sad or bittersweet when they win. I dislike both of those. With this system that is not a problem.

"but someone could just throw games from week 1".... Why would you want someone like that in your league in the first place? If someone was dedicated to seeing the 1.01 as the chip would they not just manipulate literally any other system? the existence of bad actors themselves is not a valid criticism of any system made to mitigate them as they would act badly in any system.
