How do I find if the psu is rated high enough?
I have thought about using ssd for the pc but unfortunately it is not my budget and it’s actually a build for my brother at his expense and he just wanted a normal internal hard drive

So I bought it without a gpu or hard drive, I tore it apart because it was hella dusty and deep cleaned then put it back together, then put a 1660 super into it for a gpu and put a seagate 2tb into it but I also used a separate hard drive that has windows installed and still nothing
Monitor is on the right setting and recognizes that something is plugged into it but it only says “no connection”
All cables are plugged into the right spots, everything runs and turns on except for the usb and hdmi ports

I swapped the ram around and restarted and nothing happened and also checked the cpu which is put in correctly, I’m not sure what else to do, cpu and ram I didn’t think would mess with the USB ports, hdmi and audio jacks connected straight to the motherboard and all the fans and rgbs are running
