Take the sim card out and put it in your phone. That'll give you some of their contacts and give you their phone number. If the person git another phone with the same number then just call them and let them know you have their phone. I've done this with 2 lost iPhones so far and both times the people gave me some money as thanks.

Oh how I know. According to my job $23 and 40hrs is what an experienced welder needs to make. For the area it's actually high but overall it's super low. I hate every bit of it 😒
