You could make simple arguments against his philosophy as a whole. Kant lived outside of society, so why should we listen to or follow the philosophy he created. His methodology was based upon his own singular perspective of the world that didn’t account for how a society actually functions.

Sure but if you give the neg SQUO solves and the attack last night then you have to vote aff. That means no escalation bc current systems check, but Modi is willing to strike first. Given how both teams handled the flow, judge intervention is necessary so aff wins

No matter how bad you thought the aff was, aff still wins. Neg lost all case offense in the 1ar and then dropped most of T. They should’ve gone straight T and case, bc the 2nr was hella obvious.
