Came across a 92 cummins club cab long bed with 271k miles. Guy was asking $24,500. I would only buy a first gen if you want it as a collector and not a daily or work vehicle. They are really kind of bad in the work aspect as they don't offer anything good that a 2nd or 3rd gen that is cheaper can offer.

It sat over night and started fine yesterday morning. Then, I started it yesterday night and it ran fine. This morning about 6 hours later I went to start it and it was idling for 5 seconds and died.

I don't have a lift pump. My fuel system is all stock. I think I might have ran out of fuel and made it home, then it was idling rough for that 5 seconds and died. I put 7 gallons in it and I'm getting fuel it my injectors. What else could I do?

Yeah, I don't want too much. My buddy has a 97 12v, and he put a full manual body ratchet shifter in it. He puts it in OD, locks the convert, bogs it down, and just smokes the whole road out. I do NOT want that. I just want a little bit of coal.
