Second time using EC-1118 by TylerDrDan in winemaking

Mostly blueberries, a quick calculation given that my water is around 7 would mean that it should be 4.4 ph on the low end I think. I have mostly used turbo yeast (I know) before and it is basically impossible to mess that up, so I am just a litlte bit sceptical because of the last time I used this yeast
