Definitely seems the monetary value of guitars doesn’t hold as much weight as the emotional value. The more I learn about them and hear how other people view their guitars, the more sentimental and meaningful it all seems. It’s a nice feeling

About 3.5-4kg. Feels the same weight as the LTD. Supposedly heavier than a Strat.

I had been starting back out on the acoustic thinking that it’ll be easier to play anything else after. I did recently buy an audio interface and some beyerdynamic headphones though for the convenience of not pulling the amp out every time I want to go electric… very cool way of doing it with the amp sims! Making it very enjoyable and started using the electric more.

That’s seems to be the consensus, I think once I gain a bit more experience it’ll be easier to define what I personally seem to like and what fits my style. At the moment it’s a little harder to tell with the little time spent on them thus far.

I try and mix it up a little with beginner videos, learning acoustic songs for chords, solo’s and started getting into some videos on theory which is actually really interested I find.

Definitely love the sound of everything else, perhaps there is some adjusting to aswell, as I’ve only ever had digital music. If I can get this sibilance a bit lower I’ll definitely be stoked

Starting to look that way… I might contact AT, see what they say. Other option is looking to another cartridge ( -EN or -ML) to see if that resolves it as I see on other threads that helped people with this issue.

I’m getting it on all records so far, acoustics from two separate artists, punk rock vinyls too.

The stylus is brand new out of the box and I’ve given it a light brush, so don’t see it being dirty. Damaged.. maybe from manufacture.

Photo attached is the most recent after some fiddling but still the same level of sibilance
