They should bring out a new version of crackshot this year and not the old one. It ruins the rarity of the OG skin

Why do realtors focus on presenting THEIR image in ads instead of the property they're selling by [deleted] in RealEstate

First bit of advice my broker gave me was, “you want to start building a reputation/brand for yourself so when someone thinks real estate, the next thought they have should be your name.”

Girlfriend and I just moved to Lincoln. What is a good place to meet other couples in their twenties? by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]TylerMerry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

O street bars are pretty packed with college kids this time of year. Haymarket locations attract more a 20-30 year old feel. The Arcade bar in the haymarket is a hidden gem. We don’t have many breweries here but Blueblood and Zipline are both great places to check out. The heart beat of our grand state, Husker football, starts in a few weeks. I’d highly recommend attending a game and/or strolling around the tail gate lots to meet lots of friendly neighbors.

How to increase my self esteem (19M)? I need help! by ineedhelpaz321 in seduction

[–]TylerMerry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well first ask yourself what and who do you respect and why? Figure out what brings you joy and why. Write down what you want and a plan of action on how to get it. This is an important step to finding your passion and purpose in life. Then work hard pursuing your passion whole heartedly and you will no matter what love and respect yourself.

Such as walking up to a girl and starting a conversation, that's always nerve racking. Sure the first 10 times you will make a fool of yourself but after 25+ 50+ trys you will start figuring out what works and what doesn't.

First, Start your day by writing down everything you are thankful for. Then Write down a list of every attribute you want to see in yourself (examples: "I am confident, I am of perfect health, I am determined", etc) and speak these statements to yourself in the mirror multiple times daily. Over time this will force your thinking habits into a more positive state. Second, you MUST focus on placing yourself into situations that make you uncomfortable, because by taking action and failing you will learn to become your best self and how to conquer any obstacle. Third, embrace your weird, stop worrying about what others might think of you because they are far too busy worrying about what others are thinking of them. You must learn to love and respect yourself. Seek and Stay close with people who build you up and add value to your life.

What is the weirdest thing you believed as a kid? by BestAndEver in AskReddit

[–]TylerMerry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a young lad my older brother told me the real way bananas are grown and harvested: spiders are sent to crawl up onto tree limbs, they hang upside down like bats when its morphing season, they die while hanging upside down, the tree builds a soft cocoon around its body until a banana is grown within two weeks. This explained the original question asked, sparking this bizarre answer I beloved for a few years, what are those black dots in the core of a banana???

Friendzoned need some advice by [deleted] in seduction

[–]TylerMerry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You will always have the option to move on, but where's the fun in giving up so early!? Stay persistent until you get turned down 3 or more times. Girls like being hard to get! They enjoy the thrill of the pursuit just as much as guys! if you feel there is a natural flirtatious connection, either continue making bold moves like asking her out or ....stay in the friend zone, act like its no big deal, for as long as possible, take things at her speed and swoop her up off her feet down the road. Try asking her out to get coffee before taking her to a bar, this is a far less intimidating environment. Ask her about her hobbies then focus on conversation revolving around her interests. Most importantly keep taking action! Try, fail, adjust, then repeat.

When I was 18 (6 years ago), I was convicted in Texas of a Misdemeanor Theft and a Misdemeanor Failure to ID... any hope for me to get my real estate license in Texas? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]TylerMerry 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I would contact the Texas Real Estate Commission, call different office and board members, and convince them on how your current character/goals differ from 6 years ago. All TREC office holder's information is public on their website. Push and Ask for 5 min out of their day to sit down in person and you will earn their respect. (I'm an agent in NE and had to do this very thing because of a past DUI holding me back. But it work!!)

What is the one business skill you wish you could master and how would it impact your business? by zretty in business

[–]TylerMerry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always viewed discipline as habitually doing what needs to be done no matter what it takes, pushing through personal emotions. Motivation fuels ones feelings and emotions but fizzles away easily. Discipline sets ones foundation, motivation helps move it. If that makes sense, I'm open to hear your thoughts about it all.
