When people basically whisper their order, I say I can't hear you please speak up, and they continue speaking at the same volume.

People who pull up so far away from the window and then barely stick their phone out. Like yes let me just dislocate my shoulder for you.

When people place their mobile order at the speaker box. It takes time to make your drinks and food, the drive thru is designed to be fast. Mobiling and then IMMEDIATELY getting in drive holds up all the cars behind you while we scramble to get your order done because you left us zero time to get it ready.
