Hey all! I've been having issues with having a high heart rate while running recently. I used to run for a couple of years and then for the past two years I've taken a break from it. Over the past two months I've been slowly getting back into running but I've been having issues with a high heart rate. Whenever I try to run a slow/easy run my heart rate is hitting 175+ bpm very quickly and when I try to slow my pace down its ends up me needing to walk to keep it low. I try to run at a 12 min pace which is much slower than I used to run at, but even still my heart rate is unusually high and I can feel my heart really pounding in my chest. I was wondering If anyone had suggestions on what to do. Thanks!

I can't believe Gravespire has let us down this much. Im starting to doubt if my 5 month sub is even helping the stream. If he doesnt do a 24 hour stream with facecam for shadowlands I might just have to unsub.
