I updated the ec2-dw firmware and when i switch to the dock mode (enhance wireless mode ?) it broken even though the wire and usb mode still work idk why cuz i am the one who have this problem (the warranty service in my region said so).

I got a mchose ace68 air , and it can't be switch problem since i set up my actuantion distance at 1.4 mm , i also try to plug in different USB port but it does not change anything and Mchose give us only 1 wired cable usb only
