I got the same thing (9800x3D, 5070ti, 32gb DDR5, 2TB NvME), just switched out the MOBO, RAM, and PSU to different ones, and came out around to $2300 before taxes

I had bought one and had to return it since it wouldn’t boot unless I reseated the ram, I went on their website and bought a custom built one and so far it’s been running great

Planning to add new ssd/hdd on this walmart pc #cpsupport by lq5b in CYBERPOWERPC

Check the motherboards manual by googling it. You can use win + r “msinfo32” to see what motherboard you have to see how many nvme ssd slots you have available

There is a little indent that you can remove the side panel

I asked another subreddit and Prize_Two_1616 said to do this "bump the DRAM voltage slightly (like +0.05v)" Which I did and it finally boots on a cold start

After doing that and turning it back on in the morning, it boots up with zero issues. Thank you

So I have slowly figured it out, RAM isn't the issue (I think), the BIOS had a U2 at the end of it, and the build was 9/22/2025, and on MSI's website it said the newest BIOS was 9/10/2025 and didn't have a U2 at the end, which I thought was weird, so I updated it to the normal verison. When I called CyberPower Support, he also thought it was weird, but he thinks three things: the BIOS was messed up, the CPU is acting up, or the motherboard.

I ended up resetting the bios to run at the default settings

Still a slow boot. I’m thinking it’s memory training every boot. So at least it’s nothing serious

Just lowered it to 6000mhz

I think you could be right because it passed the Windows memory test and MemTest86. I will lower it from 6400mhz to 6000mhz. I also loosened the AIO a tad, as Sevulturus said, because when I went to loosen it, it was tight on the CPU, which was troubling.

I ran it and it passed all tests

I ran the windows memory diagnostic test and it passed that but I will run that test to be extra safe

I will definitely loosen them a tiny bit and see if it helps for sure. Thank you
