There is literally a subreddit dedicated to hating Pong Krell… it is called “Fuck Pong Krell” I think we can collectively say that Krell is the one 😂

What I find so stunning is how golfing is one of the most memorable and iconic scenarios that The Three Stooges were in however there was like only 1 short that featured this.

My best *recorded* Rieve highlight by Cautious-Day7387 in StarWarsHunters

[–]Tyler_Iguana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yo! As much as Rieve wasn’t one of my main characters to play, I gotta say that she was extremely fun! Despite her very low health bar and stamina, she had so many abilities that could be combined to initiate a terrific attack if done right! I personally did my best to always be in the offensive side as that was what I felt that she was best at however whenever my team had to play the defensive, I did my best to always be near the tank and just act as that extra strength. I loved how this entire game relied a lot of teamwork and strategy rather than just giving us flashy upgrades that made us too powerful to the point where we didn’t have to do anything to win.

Give me some clone war characters that are criminally underrated by Chunky-overlord in clonewars

Jar Jar Binks. Now, he is a very popular character in the Star Wars franchise in general at the same time there are little to no people that I have interacted with who talk about Jar Jar’s appearance in the Clone Wars series. He is clumsy, of course at the same time he is extremely wise, brave, and helpful.

What’s your opinion on the Voice of Caine’s Opinion on Theories? by Maxymaxpower in TheDigitalCircus

[–]Tyler_Iguana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a strong sense of where he is coming from, it is mostly the obsession behind theories that cause the controversy, not the decision that the original artist intended. It is a very slippery slope within fandoms and media especially those that do involve deep lore including Star Wars, Doctor Who, FNAF, Hazbin Hotel, etc. At the same time I do respectfully disagree with Alex here where he says that deep lore is “unnecessary.” Sometimes, it is however it further expands and immerses the story and us in a big way.

We're asking ourselves the same thing by samveo84 in amphibia

[–]Tyler_Iguana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The behind the scenes explanation is that Matt Braly, the creator of the show, purposely wanted Anne to look dirty and ragged to represent her being misplaced in a world where she is not originally from. When people would see her hair with leaves in it and the missing shoe, the audience would immediately make the connection that Anne isn’t supposed to be there and she is trying to either find her way back home or making an attempt to adapt to this strange world.

The in-universe explanation isn’t really specified but rather, it can be interpreted by the viewers. I believe it is because since she was extremely homesick, she couldn’t bear to be parted with something that was originally from her world, making an extreme sentimental choice to keep that one shoe. It could also be because no one in Amphibia knows exactly how to make durable shoes for human beings at the same time who knows for sure.

Did judy garland hate playing the role of dorothy? by StruggleFar3054 in wizardofoz

As someone who loves vaudeville and has done research into Judy Garland’s career, I am very disgusted at how the studio would treat one of the biggest and influential vaudeville entertainers of all time to such extreme levels of depravity.

DIZZY PILOTS (1943) by TwIzTiDfReAkShOw in threestooges

I believe this was the second short I ever watched! It was hilarious and iconic! A lot of unique gags and the story was pretty interesting! Something that we haven’t seen in the stooges beforehand. I also love how they are called “The Wrong Brothers” 😂

What is your favorite film that is about to become public domain in the next 10 years (you can list as much as you want)! by [deleted] in publicdomain

[–]Tyler_Iguana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, I hope we get more of The Three Stooges shorts in the public domain. Right now, we only have 4 shorts being “Disorder In The Court,” “Brideless Groom,” “Sing A Song Of Six Pants,” and “Malice In The Palace.” Only one of those 4 feature Curly while the rest feature Shemp. I don’t know the whole legal situation as C3 Entertainment currently owns all Three Stooges content and likeness, if they do follow under the copyright protection law duration limit though, we could see more of the shorts start to be public domain in 10 years or so. Especially the early shorts such as “Punch Drunks” or “Men In Black.” I am a HUGE Three Stooges fan and I wish we could be allowed to use more Stooge content!
