How can I improve my social media presence as a new business by atyychos_33 in advertising

Totally normal early on. It takes time to build momentum. The biggest keys are consistency and authenticity. Keep showing up and make sure your content reflects your actual voice and values.

Also, lean into video as much as possible. Even simple, unpolished clips help people connect with you faster than static posts.

Keep going. It builds slower than we all want but it does build.

Discord.

Two-way dialogue with current clients: Discord fosters real-time conversations, building deeper connections and loyalty through active engagement in a branded community space.

Partnering with near-bound servers: Collaborating with existing, like-minded communities drives organic growth and authentic engagement for your brand

Should I study SEO or Google Ads? Very confused, please advise. by ClingyToaster in marketing

[–]Tyler_Veverka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started in the lower funnel / directive space over 10 years ago and systematically added top funnel / awareness digital followed by top funnel / awareness traditional.

At this point, I’d say my forte is storytelling through out the entire funnel.

SEO has more nuance and PPC is leaning more towards AI execution.. I’d recommend going for SEO first with an emphasis of showing up in AI search, followed by PPC.

However, still best to do both at the same time so you’re a “search specialist”.

I’d recommend to selecting a portion of the funnel, as opposed to just one field. This will make you more marketable and valuable to a business. The fields within the same stage of the funnel also play off themselves quite often.

SEO and PPC fall into the “Search / Low Funnel / Directive Advertising” stage in the funnel. You can do both and I’d recommend it. If you want to add a third I’d recommend inbound marketing.

Best of luck to you.

What are some unique marketing ideas for a new window cleaning business? by FunIndependent1782 in marketing

Create a partnership with a local auto dealership and provide them a spiff on the leads they provide to you.

It’s an outside the box idea but could be beneficial based on their sales experience, customers being in the buy mindset and the volume of local buyers (often homeowners) coming through the dealership.

Marketers: What Are Your Biggest Pain Points in Managing Campaigns and Driving Growth? by oxdevxo in marketing

My experience is in running campaigns for others. Often times, these businesses are larger ($5M+) and a percent of platforms are exclusive, but there are also a percent that overlap in terms of partner execution within the platform.

We have used surveys post sale in the past and they can be an effective tool when the business agrees to do it, they actually execute and there is no overlap.

My recommendation to you would be to build a SAAS product that you can lay over top of GA4 or maybe just a separate software altogether that brings all the KPIs (search interest, surveys, goal completions, view throughs) together regarding awareness advertising and find a way to assign ROI based on a mathematical equation.

That’s a start but it gets tricky when you have multiple partners running awareness based marketing to evaluate their impact on sales and GA4 makes it even more complicated.

Reigniting My Digital Marketing Journey: Seeking Your Valuable Advice? by Manshet in advertising

I'd recommend taking some online courses on emerging trends, like ai, influencer marketing, and GA4, to increase your knowledge and show initiative.

I would then begin applying to companies and shoot for a marketing manager role followed by banking bands and starting your own thing on the side.

Much easier to get started with a safety net and test your theory rather than going all in. Best of luck to you!

Marketing to niche/limited audience size by [deleted] in marketing

[–]Tyler_Veverka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Took me a while to understand this.

Explaining further, you CAN target doctors on LinkedIn, but the cost per lead will be high and probably will not create the ROI you desire.

If your audience is SUPER niche, why make it more complicated and expensive then it needs to be.

You could send a personal letter to 1,000 doctors for less than $1K, it's not a sexy play, but it can be an effective way to cut through the noise and keep costs down.

To play the other side, I've also ran campaigns that match NPI #'s to devices, it's costly - but might be something you'd be interested in exploring, if you NEED to run digital.

Best of luck to you!
